13 Days in Hell ( Best game ever ) 2007

At first glance, 13 days in hell appears to be quite impressive. The game has a neat occult feel to it, the menus have a 3d book as a back drop, and the game starts by having you sign the ’13 days challenge pact’. Sadly, after a few rounds, the game play starts to get highly repetitive, and what you are left with is a highly-polished, but highly mediocre game.
At its heart, 13 days in hell is a point and click shooting game. It features five guns, three hand guns, a shot gun and a machine gun. There are three difficulty levels, with hard levels having significantly more enemies. While the later guns are more powerful, they all feel a little vanilla – fire rate, reloading and accuracy are the only things that change between them. The game has a few different enemies, which again are all pretty similar. A couple need to be hit in their ‘weak points’ to be dealt with effectively, but besides that they are pretty much the same. The damage system is good – basing the damage dealt on the type of enemy, the distance they were shot, where they were shot and the weapon used. The system rewards accuracy, and makes the game a lot more skill dependant than it would be otherwise. The game has far less enemy types than levels, meaning that a new guy is introduced only every few rounds. At the end of the level, points are awarded based on life left and accuracy. Ammunition can then be bought.

Basketball

Basketball

Basketball with a twist that’s what Hardcourt is all about, you can either play against your friend or the computer. This game allows you to customize your player, and choose quick start or play in arcade mode.

There is one basket that you need to put the ball into, by pressing the space bar you can either steal the ball or shoot a basket. The tricky part is that you can also whack the other player and he can hit you as well. When you are hit you are stunned for a couple of seconds.

There is a stamina indicator that denotes your energy levels and your speed. When you are on full stamina you can run fast enough, when your stamina is low the players movement becomes extremely sluggish. Although the game is quite simple you end up playing it as its lot of fun hitting the other player and scoring.

Roadkill Revenge

Highway users are familiar with Roadkill, we see them everyday a dog or rabbit run over sometimes even bigger animals. Today they shall have their revenge and its up to you to take down the massive targets and meet the destruction total or challenges set out.

Play over 45 levels of absolute mayhem, where you the roadkill set out to do justice by blowing up traffic buildings, trains, missile carriers, jets and more. You have a car that can be placed on an allocated space in the map, from there you can launch it to destroy things in its path.

Sounds easy well yes but I did find a certain level requiring a bit of skill with timings and a little bit of logic, or it could just be me making a simple fun game complex. The game includes a lot of destruction so if you like blowing up things your going to enjoy this one.

Most of the challenges are pretty easy to deal with, and hardly requires any retries although you may find yourself retrying to win the bonus challenges, thats what I did. The creator of the game has taken efforts to make every object require a different amount of damage to blow up, different explosion amounts and the way they affect the cars or objects around them.

Its time for you to unleash your revenge on the human race, have fun with Roadkill Revenge!

Building Demolishe

  Building Demolishe

Now I don’t know about the rest of you, but when I was a kid, I LOVED BREAKING STUFF! So when I stumbled upon Building Demolisher, I just knew I had to try it. And needless to say, I loved it!

The objective of the game is simple, use the limited number of wrecking balls you have to destroy the structure completely. Sounds simple, and it is simple, but you’ve got to use your head a little. And be a little ambitious sometimes.

The game provides 3 types of wrecking balls; the classic wrecking kind, the exploding kind, and the fiery kind. As you progress through levels, you’ll have to use a combination of these depending on the structure you have to demolish. Some levels take some serious thinking, some take skill, while others just need you to be stupid and reckless. Although the concept is simple, Building Demolisher keeps you engaged in a world of destructive fun from the get-go.

The soundtrack of the game is catchy and keeps you groovy company while you make your way through 25 levels, en route to becoming the demolition king. The game also has this nice little feature where you can give the character a violent ending should you fail the level, making the game suitable for all ages, unless the kid figures out what box to tick.

Overall, Building Demolisher (VIDEO)  is a fun way to spend an afternoon using your noggin to smash stuff. Sounds like fun already, doesn’t it? Gear up and get to work, ladies and gentlemen, and don’t forget your hard hats! You’re in for a smashing time!
